Workers are calling for:  

• Justice for stolen wages: Doug Ford’s unconstitutional Bill 124 capped workers’ wages at a time of skyrocketing inflation. While many workers, including workers in the OPS and hospitals, received retroactive wage increases after Bill 124 was struck down, community and social services workers have been left behind.  
• Funding for the future of our services: Stable, dedicated funding is needed to prevent layoffs and service cuts, address staffing shortages, and protect continuity of care for the people who rely on these services.  

Workers have put forward their demands in collective bargaining with our employers. Now, we need the Ford government to deliver the funding needed to make it right.   

By signing the pledge, you are showing your support for these campaign demands and committing to:  

• Show support and solidarity with community and social services workers.   
• Contact your MPP, Premier Ford and other elected officials to demand action on stolen wages and funding for services.  
• Talk to your neighbours and community to raise awareness about why workers, services and communities are Worth Fighting For.  

Workers, community members, people we support and organizations – including agencies – are encouraged to sign on and support!
